What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a non-judgmental awareness and observation on life's moments. When the body is being judgemental, it tends to push away things it doesn't like, and holds on to things it likes. Mindfulness is observing it all, the good and bad while letting them pass through the mind like clouds on a windy day.
